Before you register for Music Together Mixed-Age Class - ~...
Thank you for joining our musical community this session! You will receive an email confirming your initial registration for this class upon completion of this form. You will receive an additional confirmation email once it has been determined that your class is running, OR we may reach out to you if we need to place you in a different class due to a class not running. Please note: The online make up scheduler for the session will not be opened until all classes have been confirmed. Important credit card information: Your credit card charge for this class will not appear on your credit card statement as Music Together of Union County. It should appear as "Simply Sign Up", which is our website payment host company, or it may just appear as a North Carolina phone number. Unfortunately, while we supply the necessary information to the credit card companies, we cannot control what individual companies list on their statements, which can cause some confusion. Please be aware that if you dispute the charge because you do not recognize it, that may result in an additional charge to your Music Together of Union County account.
